2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

3.1. We do not sell client lists or identifiable information to third parties.

subcontractors or installers;

4.1. We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or exposure. All staff are required to maintain the confidentiality of customer information. Access to information stored electronically is restricted to employees whose job requires access to the information. Access to our computer systems is restricted through password protection.
5. CHECKING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1. You may ask us at any time to provide you with copies of the personal information we hold about you. We will normally provide you with these copies within 30 days of receiving your request. Sola Power may need to, in the case where we may incur costs, charge reasonable costs to provide you with access to your information.
5.2. If you believe for any reason that the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may ask us to correct it. We will consider if the information requires amendment. If we do not agree that there are grounds for amendment, then we will add a note to the personal information stating that you disagree with it.
